Had a good time fishing with Capt. Mick out of Key Largo – on the day we caught several trout, jacks, snapper and a nice sheepheap.
Capt. Mick’s 28-foot vessel offers plenty of shade and a custom lift for easy access to the water for swimming, snorkeling and diving. For more than 25 years, Tranquil Adventures has been dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities experience “mother mother ocean.” Capt. Mick also offers a collection of rod and reel devises to help those with limited hand functioning get back to catching fish in the Keys.
His vessel is equipped with all coast guard approved safety equipment and can comfortably accommodate six people max, two in wheelchairs. Captain Mick is a polio survivor since the age of two and feels uniquely qualified to understand people with special needs.
